Sit-ups - Are strong abs what you want to replace your belly with? This is what people want the most and they are really quite easy to get if you just have the right discipline. All you need to do is do at least 10 to 15 sit-ups each morning when you get up or before you eat. This will really help to burn the abdominal fats and you will definitely get a good work out. When you get more used to it, increase the amount of sit-ups you do, and you’ll see great results.

Do stretch exercises - Another thing that you can do to help your muscles and also the rest of your body is to do stretch exercises. Yoga or Pilates workouts are where you’ll find these stretches. And it’s pretty cheap to learn these exercises. And it would even be enough to just do swimming or running stretches. You’ll know you’re doing good when you break a sweat while doing these stretches.

Do leg exercises - A lot of your fats are stored in the thigh area and it’s hard to get rid of them. But simple jogs around the park and even few short sprints can help you out. Walking is the easiest and best thing to do but you need to have the time to do it long enough to sweat and work your muscles. These are only a few of the many ways you can exercise right.
