Healthy foods -  Even though you want to get bigger muscles, you really shouldn’t go on a food binge.   Healthy, nutritious food is still what you need.  Muscle mass is hard to gain and if you are looking for nutritious food to do just that, it might even prove to be more difficult.   Don’t give up though.   What do you do?   What helps is to eat protein, which you can find in many meat products.   But, stay away from the unhealthy meat that was treated in a factory.

Eat more meals - You should eat bigger meal portions, right.   This isn’t right.   You do not want to overstuff yourself just to try and get bigger so that you can have bigger muscles.   You can do this another way.   Eat six meals, instead of three ones.   So when you eat smaller meals six times a day, you will be on your way to gaining muscle a quicker and healthier way.

Drink water -  Much like the meat is good fuel for your body, so is the amount of water that you take in so that it can get rid of all the unwanted fats.   So that the fats sweat out easier, make sure you drink plenty of water when you workout.
